CDF&M, as an insurance consultant, will facilitate a strategic discussion with the leadership team (President, Chairman, CFO) to determine what type of risk management program (Directors and Officers Liability, Bond, and Cyber Liability) is appropriate, given the fiduciary responsibilities placed on the board based on various parameters and variables (specifically Enterprise Risk Management or ERM) that could possible affect profitability. CDF&M is led by Frank J. Rebholz III, CPCU with more than 29 years in the insurance industry and understands the unique needs of financial institutions. He has a bachelor's degree from Drake University with majors in accounting and insurance. He also has a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. He retired as a COLONEL in June 2012.
